Night Manager (SUNDAY - THURSDAY SHIFT)

As a Night Manager for our Sunday through Thursday shift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and cleanliness. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required; additional education or certifications in quality assurance or facility management are a plus.
• Proven experience in janitorial quality assurance.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with janitorial industry standards and cleaning procedures.
• Tech-savvy with experience in quality management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and quality service.
