About the Role

As a Night Auditor, you serve as the overnight guardian of the hotel’s financial integrity, guest safety, and operational continuity. You will balance the day’s transactions, prepare financial reports, support late-evening and early-morning guest needs, and ensure smooth communication with all departments.

This role requires a calm and focused professional who can combine sharp analytical skills with warm late-night hospitality. You are the person guests rely on during the quiet hours, ensuring that even at night, service standards remain the same.

You will manage the lobby environment, assist with arrivals and departures, oversee security protocols, and guarantee the accuracy of all financial postings before the property transitions into the next business day.

Note: The role is based in Paros, Greece

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all nightly audits of financial transactions and prepare summary reports.
  • Balance and verify Front Office, F&B, and POS operations across departments.
  • Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and VIP arrivals with professionalism.
  • Monitor property safety, guest security, and emergency protocols.
  • Respond to overnight guest requests with warmth and efficiency.
  • Prepare next-day briefings and handovers for Front Office leadership.
  • Ensure the lobby and guest areas remain calm, organized, and welcoming.
  • Manage night posting, room charges, corrections, and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Night Audit required.
  • Strong numerical skills and accuracy in financial processing.
  • Proficiency with PMS/POS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
