**.NET Engineer (Mid > Senior)**

**Project Details:**
- Engaged in a digital transformation to revamp platforms and introduce best tech practices, processes, and culture.
- Centralizing systems from various countries into a single, real-time ecosystem.
- Three main teams: Front Office, Trading Platform, and Core Back End.
- This role is part of the Core Back End team (8-9 members), which is the most crucial among the three, within a larger group of 40+ engineers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement and develop best software practices, frameworks, and architecture.
- Analyze business objectives, prepare action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning, decision-making, and demonstrate leadership experience (including leading a small team).
- Take on some leadership responsibilities under the guidance of the Development Lead.
- Report directly to the Development Lead of the Core Back End team based in Singapore.
**Must-Have Skills:**
- .NET Core 7 and above
- Event-driven architecture
- Microservices
- AWS
**Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:**
- Experience in financial institutions
- Experience with tech refresh or digital transformation projects
