- Daily user support for local office & remote site;
- End user equipment support and managment;
- Provide presetup IT equipment and account to new onboarding staff;
- Basic server and network equipment support;
- User account control and Intune / Azure knowledge;
- Inventory management;
- Monitoring and handling queue and routing tickets;
- Documentation of troubleshooting manuals, escalation procedures and contact details;
- Coordinate with vendors and internal resources to ensure operational excellence;
- Monitoring applications and services;
- Perform daily operational tasks to maintain healthy IT environment;
- Review and analyse IT systems to improve quality and stability;
- License management;
- Takeover support of new systems and procedures;
- ACS and CCTV system support;
- VOIP knowledge
- Ad-Hoc project and communicate with team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT as end user support specialist;
- End user equipment support;
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Mac and Window);
- Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues;
- Basic knowledge of server and network infrastructure;
- Understanding of the architecture of the multi-tier systems;
- Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus;
- Documentation skills;
- Communication skills;
- Can work independence;
- English & Chinese are essential
