📍 Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece
🖋️You will be reporting to: Operations Manager.
What you will do:
✔️Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels of support, providing prompt answers and targeted solutions.
More specifically:
· Provide assistance and resolve complaints, in the best interest of the customers.
· Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
· Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
· Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
Requirements
What we are looking for:
· Native or near-native speakers in one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Italian or Polish
· Fluency in English
· Clear Communication Skills
· Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
· Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic ang eager to learn and grow with the role in an international environment
