- Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
- Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
- Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
- Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for products and services.
- Be prepared to travel internationally to support business operations in other Southeast Asian countries, ensuring consistent service standards and customer satisfaction across the regional market.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Engineer in the mechanical or a related industry.
- A valid driver's license and demonstrate flexibility to travel internationally as required.
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Permanent work rights in Singapore.
