Medical Fellows (Must be in Fellowship)

This role is for one of our clients

We are seeking clinical fellows across all specialties (excluding radiology) to support an advanced project with a leading global AI research team. This role centers on medical reasoning using complex sets of lab data and is well-suited for fellows confident in interpreting diagnostic information and applying clinical judgment.

You will collaborate with AI researchers to evaluate, refine, and stress-test medical reasoning capabilities within AI systems. Responsibilities include creating diagnostic case scenarios and developing detailed scoring rubrics to assess what defines a high-quality clinical response.

Note: A paid 2-hour training session and successful completion of a skills assessment are required before joining the project.

Requirements

Role Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program.
• Not specializing in Radiology.
• Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable working fully remote and asynchronously.
• Interest in contributing to the advancement of AI in healthcare.

Opportunity Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work environment.
• Expected weekly commitment: 20–40 hours.
• Minimum project duration: three months, with potential extension.

• Weekly payments processed via Stripe Connect. ($130 per hour)
