About the Role
Based at our Head Office in Wheelers Hill, this full-time role plays a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and practices, managing inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, and responding to enquiries for our specialist services nationwide.
If you enjoy helping people, have a positive and approachable manner, and are comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a busy environment, you’ll feel right at home in this role.
