Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee mechanical engineering projects within the renewable industry.
- Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Review and analyze project requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in mechanical engineering design and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the renewable industry.
- Prior experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
