  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse processes to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented and processed.
  • Handle discrepancies or issues related to shipping and receiving, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and any issues that require attention.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
