The Role

We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members.

Our Massage Therapist is an extremely valuable member of our team, since he or she will be the first official presence and contact between The House of Healing and our guests.

He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, to be able to understand our ethics, policies & principles, to seize them and apply them within their everyday life.

To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist with a spiritual approach to join our wellness team. This role combines traditional therapeutic massage techniques with an emphasis on holistic healing, energy work, and mindfulness, guiding clients toward balance, relaxation, and spiritual well-being.

Requirements

• Certification and licensure as a Massage Therapist (state-specific requirements may apply)
• Experience with various massage techniques and other spiritual and healing practices (craniosacral, reiki etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to clients.
• Ability to create a serene and supportive atmosphere for clients.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatments and their benefits clearly.
• Professional appearance and demenaor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
