- Plan, implement and optimize promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives and achieve targeted growth
- Develop compelling content and utilize Meta and Google Ads to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams to define requirements and ensure alignment on business strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute innovative ideas on campaigns
- Support SMART goals and provide actionable strategic marketing insights for ad performance and revenue optimization
- Plan and optimize the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency
- Participate in on-/off-line marketing event & activities when necessary
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Degree or above in Creative Media, Marketing, Journalism, Statistics, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 8 year of marketing and digital experience is preferable, prior experience in banking and finance industries and knowledge of consumer lending & credit card business is preferred
- Strong creativity with a deep understanding of digital and social media trends, proficiency in using AI tools is a plus
- Possess knowledge of graphic design, photo & video shooting and editing
- Results focused, with a track record of achievement
- Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivated with can-do attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both Chinese and English
- Be responsive with ability to work independently under pressure
- Immediately available is highly preferred
