We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our operations in Iraq. This role involves managing both digital and traditional marketing efforts, working closely with the marketing team in Dubai, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
Requirements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and calendars for Iraq, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and monitor both online and offline marketing initiatives, tracking ROI and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Oversee local marketing budgets and work with agencies to plan and execute events and brand activations.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on local marketing trends.
- Optimize marketing efforts to improve customer engagement and experience across channels.
- Report on marketing performance and provide insights to the Head of Marketing in Dubai.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the Iraqi market and digital trends is a plus.
