We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (HubSpot) to join our growing team. This role will serve as the HubSpot Owner within the company, responsible for the end-to-end management of HubSpot, including automation workflows, email campaigns, lead generation, and reporting.

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing & Sales, eCommerce Manager, and Social Media & SEO Manager to ensure HubSpot is fully leveraged as the backbone of our go-to-market strategy. This position requires strong HubSpot technical expertise, marketing operations experience, and analytical ability to drive efficiency and performance across campaigns and the sales pipeline.

While a basic design sense is expected, this is not a design role — our creative team will provide full design support.

Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Platform Ownership
    • Act as the company’s HubSpot Owner, managing platform setup, optimization, and integrations.
    • Build and customize HubSpot workflows, modules, templates, and landing pages.
    • Maintain integrations with Shopify, ERP, CRM, ad platforms, and reporting tools.
    • Ensure data consistency and governance across systems (field mapping, deduplication, hygiene).
  • Marketing Automation
    • Design and implement lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
    • Manage lead scoring models and ensure proper routing to sales teams.
    • Set up and monitor automated campaigns (emails, landing pages, CTAs) and perform A/B testing.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Develop dashboards and custom reports to track campaign performance, lead attribution, and ROI.
    • Monitor data quality and provide insights for Sales and Marketing leadership.
    • Continuously optimize processes based on analytics and performance reviews.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement
    • Collaborate with Sales to design automation that supports follow-ups, reminders, and pipeline visibility.
    • Provide training and documentation to ensure Sales and Marketing teams effectively use HubSpot.
    • Stay updated with HubSpot best practices and implement improvements proactively.
  • Design (Secondary Responsibility)
    • Ensure templates, landing pages, and email layouts are on-brand and user-friendly.
    • Ability to make light design adjustments when needed; full creative support handled by our design team.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, and API integrations).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for HubSpot customization.
  • Proven expertise in marketing automation: workflow design, lead scoring, A/B testing, and nurture campaigns.
  • Experience in CRM integrations and E-commerce (Shopify preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills — able to build dashboards, interpret campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Google AI Studio, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Basic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) for light edits; major design handled by the Creative team.
  • Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus, not required.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: ₱65,000 – ₱85,000 per month (Senior level, depending on experience and location).
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities for outstanding candidates.
  • Remote work flexibility with a supportive, growth-driven international team.
  • Fast-track career development in a high-growth company.
  • Mentorship from experienced sales and marketing leadership.
  • Multi-ethinic and multi-cultural team collaboration across Asia and North American teams.
