Our Managers play a key role in delivering consulting to our clients. They lead projects thanks to their strong expertise in operational excellence methodologies and frameworks (Planning, cope, Risk, stakeholder communication). They are mentors to our consultants providing guidance and coaching, ensuring that team members are meeting project objectives. Managers support the vision of the company identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, networking with potential clients, participating in proposal development and identifying new service offerings. Managers are often the main point of contact with clients and are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

YOUR ROLE? DRIVE TRANSFORMATION IN THE INVESTMENT FUNDS INDUSTRY.

You’ll be at the heart of transformation projects for our clients — asset managers, depositary banks, fund administrators, and service providers — combining business expertise, regulatory insight, and change leadership.

MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

• Lead transformation projects (organizational, operational, regulatory, or technological) within the investment funds ecosystem → TRANSFORM & STRUCTURE
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to fund investment value chain including, but not limited to, distribution, administration, valuation, and reporting → DIAGNOSE & IMPROVE
• Provide expertise on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, MiFID II, AML/KYC…) → ADVISE & SECURE
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, compliance, and IT, and support change management and adoption of new practices → ALIGN & ENGAGE
• Contribute to business development through proposals, service offerings, and thought leadership that strengthen market positioning → CONTRIBUTE & INFLUENCE
• Becoming reliable and trustworthy to everyone in the company. As a team, together with the Partners, you contribute to the firm’s strategic development→ BUILD TRUST

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE? A SECTOR-SAVVY TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT.

You’re passionate about financial services and want to make a real impact. You bring:

• You hold a Master’s degree in finance, law, economics, engineering, or equivalent
• 5-6 years’ experience of in consulting, project management, or operations within the investment funds sector
• Solid knowledge of the regulatory framework governing UCITS and AIFs, and understanding of compliance, risk management, and reporting challenges
• Familiarity with middle/back-office operations and tools used in the industry (e.g. Multifonds, GP3, eFront, SimCorp, Domos…)
• Ability to effectively manage project from inception to completion
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

·         You speak both English and French ! (ok, Luxembourgish and German would be ideal too)
