White Pearl Hospitality is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at White Pearl Hospitality for the season of 2026 (April-October) in Santorini. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facilities and equipment at our various properties in Santorini. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner will ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Repair or replace defective equipment, furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and pool/jacuzzi operations
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Document all maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and pool/jacuzzi operations and chemicals
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Flexible schedule, including late hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional technical certifications or trade licenses are a plus
