Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our Technical department in Pedino, Kilkis to lead the daily maintenance activities of our production facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities. You will also play a key role in implementing preventive maintenance plans and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

 

Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:

 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance plans for new equipment.
  • Utilize CMMS software (SAP Plant Maintenance) to schedule, track, and record maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for audits, inspections, and operational analysis.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and monitor maintenance costs within budget..
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to long-term maintenance strategy
  • Train, guide, and evaluate maintenance staff to ensure technical proficiency and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Technical background in engineering or maintenance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CMMS systems (preferably SAP Plant Maintenance).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
