We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement and storage of products. This position requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Train, motivate, and manage logistics staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure streamlined operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics function.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Kitchen and Closets industry is a must .
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and transportation management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
