Your profile

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist, who has relevant experience in logistics or transportation operations with strong organizational and communication skills. You work accurately under time pressure, maintain attention to detail, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individual shipments, including communication with carriers and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or complications.
• Manage and resolve transportation-related complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records in the internal system and prepare regular operational reports.
• Safely operate a forklift truck as part of daily logistics operations.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt and dispatch of goods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of customs regulations.
• Professional command of English and Czech languages.
• Great organisation skills and maturity.
