Logistics Management
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation and supply chain processes to meet project requirements.
- Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements and arranging services as and when necessary.
- Execute logistics plan to move products/material and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
- Review freight rate transportation costs to keep working costs low.
- To deal with general management whilst also able to involve in practical work on the store floor.
- To ensure storekeeper s regularly briefed, supervised and trained but also that any machinery or vehicles are maintained, upholding health, safety and security in the workplace at all times.
- Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Arrange with external warehouses, plan routes and process delivery.
- Resolve any arising problems or complains.
- To comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Logistics Management
- Regularly communicate with procurement to ensure quality and delivery standard are upheld.
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- To keep systems up to date by producing regular reports and planning for future capacity requirements.
- Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Examine the levels of supplies and material to determine shortages.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments.
- Taking physical count of inventory.
- Control and manage company asset such like tools and equipment with proper handling process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management or Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented candidate with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- A strong team player, excellent negotiation and effective communication skill in dealing with the supply chain.
- Candidate with experiences in stock control are encouraged to apply.
- Good organization skills are required as on the organization people, stock and budgets whilst planning for the future.
- Able to work and adhere to tight deadlines, able to do multi-task and work in fast pace environment.
- Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Possess valid driving license D, and able to travel.
