Job Title: Locum Tenens - Urology Physician

Location: Arizona State

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Urology Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, to start promptly. The role involves scheduled clinical hours only, seeing an average of twenty five to thirty (25-30) patients per shift in an outpatient, inpatient setting. Requirements

• MD/DO Degree
• Board Certified
• Licensed in Arizona State or IMLC
• ACLS Certification Required
• Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
• Resident or Teaching Supervision Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• UHS Cerner Preferred
