Your responsibilities:

✈️Order the required number of baggage containers

✈️Transmit an Estimate Zero Fuel Weight to carrier’s Operations Control Centre at the agreed time before STD (if applicable)

✈️Ensure if a required NOTOC is produced from cargo department for Dangerous Goods or prepare the NOTOC if special loads are to be loaded

✈️Complete the Notification to Captain document ( NOTOC) by entering actual loading positions and confirm by signature that the loading position of bulk shipments or of ULDs shown in the NOTOC is identical with the actual loading position and that the loading regulations in his responsibility are observed

✈️Ensure Dangerous Goods segregation according to IATA’s incompatibility chart

✈️Coordinate and control all weight and balance associated with the flight

✈️Issue the Load Instruction Report, when released coordinating any further changes or new versions

✈️Check the loading instruction for incompatibilities of special cargo, loading sequence and ground stability of the aircraft, maximum loads of loading positions and compartments/holds, maximum floor load, maximum running load

✈️Release the Load/Trim sheet within safe limits which shall be signed by the load controller

✈️Enter any last-minute changes (LMC) to the load sheet

✈️Ensure with the Turnaround Coordinator that Captain has properly signed the Load/Trim sheet (when applicable)

✈️Generate the required telexes as soon as possible after the flight has departed

✈️Ensure appropriate handling and reporting in accordance with the applicable standards, whenever irregularities occur

What we are looking for:

✈️High school diploma

✈️English degree at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent)

✈️Previous experience in a similar position preferred

✈️Familiarity with computers
