Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Lithuanian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to subscription management, billing issues, and service features
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns
- Provide clear and concise information about subscription plans and promotions
- Gather user feedback to enhance the service offering and customer experience

Requirements
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably within subscription-based services or similar sectors
