Job Title: Listing Specialist (Multi-Channel E-Commerce)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Listing Specialist experienced in optimizing and managing product listings across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has proven success in improving visibility, conversion, and sales performance through effective listing strategies tailored to each channel.
You should have hands-on experience with at least two (the more the better) of the following platforms:
- Target
- Home Depot
- Best Buy
- TikTok Shop
- Shein
- Temu
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings across assigned platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance search visibility and conversion.
- Develop platform-specific optimization strategies (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and visuals).
- Ensure product data accuracy and compliance with each channel’s requirements and policies.
- Monitor listing performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and high-quality product imagery.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for each platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing and optimizing listings in e-commerce marketplaces.
- Must have experience in at least two of the following: Target, Home Depot, Best Buy, TikTok, Shein, or Temu.
- Strong understanding of SEO, product categorization, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with content management tools, keyword research platforms, and data analysis dashboards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
