The Opportunity

We are looking for a Listing Advisor to join our team in Athens.

This role sits at the centre of our listing operations. You will help ensure that every property we represent — from elegant city residences to distinctive coastal homes — is presented with accuracy, consistency, and genuine attention to detail.

You will work closely with Sales Associates, property owners, and leadership to support the full lifecycle of a listing and to help maintain the high standards that define our work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update a portfolio of property listings across all channels.
• Communicate with owners and partners in a courteous, warm, and professional manner.
• Support Sales Associates with reports, pricing insights, and competitive overviews.
• Ensure that all materials reflect our brand tone, quality, and visual identity.
• Oversee renewals, exclusivity documentation, and presentation consistency.
• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and service-oriented team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree and strong communication skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Comfort with digital tools (CRM systems, Google Suite, reporting platforms).
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or premium client service is a plus.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and curious.
• A professional presence grounded in discretion, kindness, and reliability.
