Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.
Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians. - Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.
- Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.
- Licensure/Certifications: Active NM license.
- At least one year of relevant field experience is required.
