About the Role
As our Legal & Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in safeguarding the business by ensuring that all operational, regulatory, and licensing obligations are met. This is a varied, hands-on position that works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, supporting the company’s strategic goals while maintaining a robust compliance framework.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and advise the business accordingly.
  • Create, update, implement, and monitor internal policies, procedures, guidelines, and manuals.
  • Provide effective advice, training, and support across the business.
  • Manage regulatory reporting processes and liaise with relevant authorities.

Licensing

  • Manage applications for gaming licences in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain existing licences and ensure all conditions and ongoing requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.

Suppliers

  • Draft, review, and negotiate compliant contracts with service providers and suppliers.
  • Maintain systematic contract management and ensure consistent governance.

Customers

  • Update, implement, monitor, and enforce compliant customer terms and conditions.
  • Provide guidance on customer complaints and disputes.

General Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across the business as a trusted legal and compliance partner.
  • Manage external legal services where required.
  • Maintain organised paper and electronic filing systems and oversee associated administrative processes.
  • Handle a variety of legal and compliance matters that support the smooth running of the company’s operations.
