- 新規顧客の発掘(電話・飛び込み営業活動含む)
- マーケット分析(競合物件、マーケット賃料、テナント状況の把握)
- ローカルネットワークの構築(仲介業者等)
- Leasing activities (tenant placement) for new and existing distribution centers developed by ESR
- Building relationships with tenants (customers), understanding needs, and making proposals
- New customers development (including telephone and walk-in sales activities)
- Market analysis (understanding competitive properties, market rent, tenant situation)
- Building local networks (intermediaries, etc.)
Requirements
- 営業経験、特に不動産業界の経験あれば尚可
- 1年以上不動産賃貸業、仲介業(物流・オフィス・住宅等)経験者
- 物流企業での3PL営業経験者(電話・飛び込み営業含む)(尚可)
- 物流不動産に興味のある方
- パフォーマンス重視の方
- コミュニケション能力の高い方(コミュニケーションを積極的に取れる方)
- 宅地建物取引主任者 あれば尚可
- Over 1 year of experience in real estate rental business, brokerage business (logistics, office, housing, etc.)
- Experienced in 3PL sales experience at a logistics company (including telephone and walk-in sales)
- Candidates who are passionate to build a career in the logistics real estate industry
- Strong communication skills and performance-oriented
- Real estate Transaction Manager preferred
