Role Overview

We are building a talent pool of experienced Learning Experience Designers for upcoming project-based opportunities. These roles will contribute to refreshing and shaping digital learning programmes that help learners build job-ready, industry-aligned skills. Work may involve course re-design, applied learning development, and collaboration with subject matter experts across evolving curriculum needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rework and enhance existing course materials into structured, applied learning content
  • Translate subject matter expert insights into accessible and engaging learner journeys
  • Design practical assignments, simulations, and real-world project tasks
  • Sequence learning pathways to create coherent weekly learning experiences
  • Integrate relevant tools, platforms, and workflows that enhance applied learning
  • Collaborate with subject leads and SMEs to refine content through iterative review
  • Ensure all content aligns with defined pedagogical standards and templates
  • Maintain high quality, clarity, and learner-centred design across all deliverables

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in learning experience design within professional training or bootcamp-style environments
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and applied upskilling methods
  • Proficiency in designing simulations, practical tasks, and scenario-based assessments
  • Experience translating technical or domain expertise into structured learning content
  • Ability to balance autonomy with effective collaboration and feedback integration
  • Confidence working across multiple course streams or iterative content cycles
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, platforms, and templated content formats

Our Recruitment Process

  5. Final Shortlist and Verification: Reference and background checks are completed.
  6. Offer and Contracting: Successful candidates receive formal offers and contract documents.
  7. Pre-boarding and Onboarding: Once accepted, you’ll complete a pre-boarding process before officially joining your employing organisation within the Employer Group.
