We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead List Builder to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, scraping, and enriching high-quality contact databases across challenging and niche markets. You'll need to navigate complex data landscapes, work with hard-to-reach prospects, and deliver actionable lead lists that fuel our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and scrape leads from various platforms, directories, and public/private databases
  • Enrich contact information including verified emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company details
  • Research and build targeted lists in difficult-to-penetrate niches and industries
  • Validate and verify data accuracy to ensure high deliverability rates
  • Use advanced search techniques, Boolean operators, and creative methods to uncover hidden prospects
  • Manage multiple list-building projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
  • Document processes and create repeatable workflows for future campaigns
  • Stay current on data compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and ethical scraping practices

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a lead list builder, data researcher, or similar role with demonstrable results
  • Expert-level experience with scraping tools and platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Phantombuster, Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in data enrichment and verification tools (Clearbit, Lusha, RocketReach, NeverBounce, etc.)
  • Experience building lists in complex or niche industries (B2B SaaS, healthcare, finance, legal, enterprise tech, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google search operators, and alternative sourcing methods
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve creatively, and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and data management tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with custom scraping scripts (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experince with tools like apify, firecrawl, EXPERTS in Clay or other enrichment tools etc
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms and intent data sources
  • Understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) development and segmentation strategies
  • Experience working with international markets and multilingual data sources
  • Background in sales, marketing, or business development
