Lead Full Stack Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Mentor two mid-level Front End engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews to support the development of web-based applications aimed at revamping legacy systems.
- Engage in hands-on engineering work, with a focus split approximately 60% on Front End and 40% on Back End tasks.
- Implement, maintain, and support regional applications.
- Develop, test, and implement release versions of application programs.
- Gather requirements and design solutions for internal customers.
- Offer technical guidance and advice to help developers solve complex problems and enhance their coding skills.
Team & Culture:
- Senior role focused on Front End development, reporting directly to a Head of Development with over 10 years of industry experience.
- Strong stakeholder management required to ensure project timelines and scope are reasonable and achievable.

Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years of Front End experience with JavaScript (Angular preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of Back End experience with .Net / C# / Web API.
- Willingness to spend at least 50% of time on Front End projects.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Angular TS / Typescript.
- Skills in UI Design and UI Set Up.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure (current hosting is on-premise).
Levels:
- 5-10 years of working experience as a Front End, Full Stack, or Senior Engineer.
- Open to candidates from multinational corporations (MNCs) or software houses, especially those with enterprise project experience.
Location:
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, working 3 days a week from the office.
- Flexible start and finish times.
