About the Role

As a Laundry Attendant, you ensure that all linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry are handled with the highest standards of hygiene, care, and presentation. Your work directly supports the comfort of guests and the professionalism of our staff. You operate modern laundry equipment and follow meticulous processes to maintain luxury-quality textiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate washing, drying, and pressing machinery.
• Sort, wash, fold, and store linens according to SOPs.
• Handle guest laundry with care and discretion.
• Inspect linens for quality and report damaged items.
• Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for linen demands and par levels.

Requirements

• Previous laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic English skills.
