Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through active networking, site visits, and market analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of services
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine strategies
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to secure business
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our brand and expand the client base

Requirements

  • Only for Korean Expatriate
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position or related fields in the 5 Stars or luxury resort, with proven track of achieving targets
  • Has experience in handling Korean market
  • Possess a strong ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
