About the Role:
● The Assistant Manager- Key Accounts / Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing existing customers and winning new ones. The person will report to the Deputy General Manager.
●The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Requirements
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
• Should be able to manage existing customers
• New Business Development
• Market survey, competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services
• Control cost and work within the allocated budget
• Support the service team by providing client feedback
• Attend to other work-related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Account mining, increase product density.
• To generate prospective key accounts to strengthen the KA base.
