Job Responsibility:
Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with Financial Installment Company and get best installment plan.
- Update installment industry data (cost) and collect competitor company installment proposal.
Negotiation Ability & Industry Resource:
- Outline installment plan and optimize the cost rate & recourse (Business Partner).
- Manage and optimize the sales technology stack, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track installment performance at each account (ROI).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights on performance, pipeline health, and customer behavior.
- Prepare and present regular reports to sales leadership and executives on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Support:
- Know about Marketing and Branding Products; design the acceptable installment proposal by end user.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team, resolving operational issues and helping them work more efficiently
Requirements
Qualifications / Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Years of experience 3-5
Major:
A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
Requirements & Skills:
- Expert proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with a strong understanding of CRM best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
