Role Functions
- Manage and oversee the storage and inventory of supplies and materials.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Conduct regular audits and stock evaluations to prevent shortages or surplus supplies.
- Collaborate with department heads to ascertain their supply needs and manage ordering processes accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage environment to comply with company standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to receive and distribute goods in a timely manner.
- Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and provide suggestions for stock improvements.
Requirements
- Relevant experience within the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
