As a Junior RF Systems Engineer you will support a variety of tasks including equipment testing, rack-based RF solution integration, site surveys, field installations, and measurements. You’ll work alongside senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience with real deployments, while also developing expertise in distributed antenna systems and in-building RF systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lab integration of RF modules and rack-based solutions (repeaters, signal boosters, power supplies)
  • Assist in field surveys, RF measurements, and system tuning
  • Participate in on-site installations (cabling, grounding, device installation)
  • Carry out diagnostics and simple repairs on returned RF equipment
  • Document configurations, wiring diagrams, and test results
  • Maintain inventory and tool readiness for field operations

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience with RF systems, signal measurement tools (such as spectrum analyzers and site masters), or cabling tasks is advantageous
  • A hands-on approach and the readiness to work both in the lab and outdoors
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn
  • A valid driver's license (required for field work) is preferred
