As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from the products or services offered by the company. The position is customer-focused, combining aspects of relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic management.

Main responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Implementation: Guide new clients through onboarding, provide training, and ensure smooth product implementation.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining close relationships with clients and supporting them through various processes to achieve their goals.
  • Proactive Solutions: Anticipate challenges, address client needs efficiently, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Customer Retention: Monitor client satisfaction, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for growth, such as upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and other teams to ensure seamless client experiences and align solutions with client objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and attention to detail.
  • Technological approach with the ability to understand and navigate complex software systems.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Experience in onboarding, training, and guiding clients through product implementations.
