The Role: Junior Mobile Experience Quality Tester

The Junior Mobile Experience Quality Tester position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one. In this capacity, you will be a direct representative of our clients, handling user experience testing responsibilities from the comfort of your own home. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of pre-release app builds and features as required by NDAs.
  • Complete assigned test cycles within stated deadlines for each project.
  • Provide detailed written feedback on the overall user experience, flow, and intuitiveness.
  • Provide comparison feedback between the current and previous app versions when applicable.
  • Follow structured test scenarios and document results clearly in the provided reporting tool.
  • Rate app features on usability, design clarity, and overall satisfaction.
  • Attempt to replicate reported bugs from other testers to confirm reproducibility.

Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection for downloading apps and submitting reports.
  • Comfortable with basic tech tasks: installing apps, taking screenshots, filling out forms.
  • Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.
  • Ownership of a modern smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing apps from app stores.
  • Clear written communication skills to document bug reports and feedback accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail — ability to notice subtle UI issues, slow load times, or broken flows.
