Intertek is seeking a Junior Engineer / Office Assistant of Owner Engineer Office to support our growing engineering team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain valuable experience in the engineering and project management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers and project managers in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and specifications.
  • Support the Owner Engineer Office in managing project schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project development and decision-making processes.
  • Participate in project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
  • Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Help maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure documentation is well organized and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
