Position Overview

We are looking for a talented IT Support Engineer, to join our Technology Team. You will oversee and manage the 1Global IT technology activities, regarding infrastructure, hardware and systems, ensuring day-to-day operations and IT platforms integrity and stability. Responsibilities include IT strategy, team management, security, risk management, and budgeting. 


Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and repair computers, mobile devices, headsets, and other peripherals.

• Software Support: Ensure the smooth operation of Windows environments and troubleshoot system issues.

• Incident Management: Use JIRA to track, manage, and resolve IT support tickets effectively.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain hardware inventory to ensure availability for team members.

• User Support: Provide friendly and professional assistance to staff, addressing their IT concerns promptly.

• Collaboration: Work with senior IT team members on complex issues and contribute to ongoing projects.

• Provide technical support to employees, establish helpdesk procedures, develop training programs, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and data privacy laws.

• Evaluate latest emerging technologies to support the high-performance organizational needs.

• Oversee day to day IT activities on the São Paulo office.

• Oversee the Organization’s reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and systems.

• Manage IT projects, defining scope, resources, and ensure timely delivery.

• Drive technology vendors relationships, inside the procedures defined by the Procurement team.

Requirements

• Proven IT support role of multidomain IT Team. Mobile telco industry experience is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Azure, MS 365, Defender, and Intune. Network and Security equipment is a plus.

• Analytical skills, data-driven approach, and awareness of compliance and security requirements.

• Experience in managing relationships with suppliers/partners and excellent communication skills.

• Graduate in computing/engineering or equivalent degree is a plus

• Solution-oriented mindset and customer service centricity.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
