- Maintain and support internal network and communication equipment (e.g., VPN, wireless AP, firewalls).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (PCs, laptops, printers, projectors, etc.).
- Manage video/telephone conferencing systems and web-based communication tools.
- Administer network services including VPN, DHCP, IP routing, and internet access permissions.
- Set up and maintain employee email accounts and access rights.
- Support and troubleshoot weak current systems (e.g., telephone, access control, surveillance).
- Perform system updates, virus prevention, and basic cybersecurity tasks.
- Conduct regular IT room inspections and support IT asset lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for IT-related projects and maintenance.
- Support management in resolving IT-related business and legal matters as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Well-versed in national and local IT regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Strong skills in internal and external coordination, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Professional demeanour with good cultural awareness and a presentable appearance.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, with clear articulation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
