We are seeking a Junior Project Delivery Executive with a foundational understanding of IT systems and processes to support the successful delivery of technology projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn how projects are managed from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects.
· Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure adherence to schedules.
· Support documentation efforts, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
· Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
· Track and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and escalating as needed.
· Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project governance frameworks.
Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
· Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and infrastructure concepts.
· Familiarity with project management principles (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is an advantage.
