- Provides end user support within company.
- Provides troubleshooting of Level 1 & 2 Technical Issues
- Manages cloud-based servers, user accounts, email accounts, phone extensions.
- Installs, configures, and maintains the hardware equipment and the software of the company as required.
- Constantly evaluates and responds to the company’s needs and seeks external support as and when necessary.
- Devises in cooperation with the Management and adheres to company policies, processes, procedures and work instructions.
- Liaises with 3rd party vendors to deliver a highly available and stable service as required.
- Performs the operating systems’ management, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019).
- Applies processes for effective systems’ maintenance, data security, network access / monitoring and systems’ backup.
Requirements
- University/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Five (5) years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience in Cloud Technologies, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office365, VLANs, Hyper-V / VMware Virtualization infrastructure.
- Experience in network installation, maintenance and administration (firewall, VPN, WiFi and VoIP Telephony).
- Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise IT Systems, Technologies, Infrastructure, Networks and Processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Security Principles and Standards (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability).
- Excellent knowledge English language (for verbal and written communication) is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
