Responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed market research and stakeholder analysis to understand stakeholder requirements and product expectations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine platform features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with user needs.
- Developing clear, actionable product inputs and supporting data-driven decision-making for feature prioritization.
- Analyzing data trends to improve user engagement, platform usability, and business outcomes
- Implementing efficient customer communication and feedback channels.
- Perform as one of the primary points of contact for business stakeholders.
- Leading and facilitating pre-training orientation sessions for potential users, introducing them to the platform’s core features, key functionalities, and overall benefits.
Requirements
- BS.C in business, Marketing, computer since, or a related field.
- 3+ years in business analysis, product development, or e-commerce platform experience.
- Strong skills in data analysis and market research.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels to identify improvement opportunities.
- knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with B2B or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
