Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly-motivated International Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for expanding, supporting, and strengthening our International Sales.

As a key member of the team, you will be the primary point of contact for our multinational Key Accounts across world and contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing and expanding international key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Strengthening and expanding existing partnerships through proactive account management and tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage account budgets
  • Provide regular reports on account performance
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly
  • Support product launches and promotional activities
  • Attend industry events and conferences

 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused with strong diplomatic and assertiveness skills.
  • Degree Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language (both oral & written)
  • Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated product knowledge and dedication to operational excellence.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management
  •  Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare systems
  • Ability to travel across word as needed
