 Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Integration Specialist to manage and optimize system connectivity between internal tools, third-party platforms, and partner restaurant systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in API integrations, POS connectivity, workflow automation, and technical troubleshooting, with a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cancellation rates across integrated restaurants.

Requirements

  • Manage and maintain integrations between internal systems, third-party platforms, and restaurant partner tools including POS systems and delivery applications.
  • Work closely with Operations, IT, and Product teams to define integration requirements and deliver scalable, reliable technical solutions.
  • Document integration workflows and perform ongoing troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow and efficient automated processes.
  • Lead integration testing with vendors, partner restaurants, and external technology providers.
  • Monitor integration performance to ensure stability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues and implement enhancements to improve restaurant performance and reduce cancellation rates.
  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to coordinate system updates, integrations, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in System & Software Integration
  • Proficiency in API Management (REST, webhooks)
  • Hands-on experience with POS & Delivery App Integrations
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Zapier, Mulesoft, Workato)
  • Solid troubleshooting and technical support abilities
  • Strong understanding of data consistency, process optimization, and system reliability
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, logistics, or restaurant systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
