1.Provide 1st and/or 2nd level IT support to all Taiwan users./為臺灣的用戶提供一級和/或二級IT支持。
2.Conduct setup, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to IT hardware, network and system (Include but not limited to Printers, Local Servers, VMs, Firewall, Router, Computer, Smartphone & Application Systems)./對 IT 硬件、網絡和系統(包括但不限於印表機、本地服務器、VM、防火牆、路由器、電腦、智慧型手機和應用系統)進行相關的設置、配置、維護、故障排除和問題解决。
3.Provide user accounts administration./進行用戶帳戶管理。
4.Asset and inventory management of IT related hardware and software purchased./IT 相關硬件和軟件的資產和庫存管理。
5.Support and coordinate the implementation/upgrade of business application systems./支持和協調業務應用系統的實施/升級。
6.Conduct IT training for internal employees as needed./根據需要並定期對內部員工進行 IT 培訓。
7.Manage day-to-day end user IT support./有效進行最終用戶日常IT支持。
8.Maintain country IT DR plans./更新及維護 IT DR 計劃
