Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
- Representation of clients in Athens courts
- Strategically counsel clients and potential clients on legal matters
- Represent the company in legal proceedings
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
Requirements
- BSc in Law
- MSc in relevant law topics will be considered an asset
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken professional English
- Computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Highly analytical skills with strong attention to detail
