As a Helpdesk Consultant, you will provide front-line support to our Hungarian-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.

Your role will involve answering client calls, responding to emails, and managing support tickets, all while communicating effectively in Hungarian. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests from Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions
• Document interactions accurately in our helpdesk ticketing system
• Assist in educating clients about our products and services
• Coordinate with senior team members for complex issues that require escalation
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical knowledge and skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• A positive attitude, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to help
• Previous experience in customer service or IT support is an advantage but not required
